Recently published in G3 (Geochemistry-Geophysics-Geosystems) the paper piloted by Niels de Winter & Johan Vellekoop from AMGC shows how high resolution geochemical analyses of the growth layers from a very large marine snail living in Champagne (France) some 45 million years ago during the last strong greenhouse period show that average seawater temperature were around 26 C and marked by strong seasonal temperature difference between winter and summer, in contradiction to what greenhouse world models advocate.
