Organisation academic year 2020-2021

14/10/2020 - 14:15

Corona-safe timetable

In your schedule you'll find different types of courses:

Please note: Are you taking a course at another faculty or university? Education might be organised differently there, follow their guidelines for that specific course.

Rotation system

All students will be allocated a colour (orange or blue), but only after (re-)enrolment and based on the courses they are registered for.

We will also allocate a colour (orange or blue) to every weekday. You can see the colours if you consult the timetable, at the start of each day.

For courses in the ‘rotation system’ only students who are allocated the same colour as the day of the week, can be physically present in class. Students who are allocated the other colour, follow that class online.

Teaching staff will check this and only allow students in class with the same colour as the weekday.

Please note: these colours are independent of the WPO/Practical-groups that might be formed in some programmes. Does your programme use different groups for practicals? In that case you will be part of a WPO/Practicals group AND still be allocated a colour.

Allocation of WPO/Practical groups and rotation colours

It is crucial to finalise your (re-)enrolment and course registration as soon as possible. Without a colour code or a WPO/Practicals group you are not allowed to physically participate in classes.
