KBR-ULB-UGent Digital Heritage Seminar

We are very pleased to announce the second part of the KBR-ULB-UGent Digital Heritage Seminar, which will take place online from April to June 2021.

In this webinar series, researchers will present their work combining heritage collections, digital methods and digital humanities. The presentations, covering a variety of topics, periods and methods, will be given in English. Discussion sessions will be held in English, French or Dutch. The seminars will last 1.5 hours. The programme for this Part II is as follows:

Monday 26 April (13:30 - 15:00): Participatory Mapping for Heritage: Theories, Methods and Tools | Piraye Hacigüzeller, Assistant Professor of Digital Heritage, University of Antwerp
Tuesday 25 May (15:00 - 16:30): Computationally Assembled Collections, Live Archiving, Hybridizing Corpora: Poetry as/of Data | Chris Tanasescu, Professor & Altissia Chair in Digital Cultures and Ethics, UCLouvain.
Tuesday 15 June (15:00 - 16:30): Silent voices: A Digital Study of the Herne Charterhouse as a Textual Community (ca. 1350-1400) | Mike Kestemont, Professor of Literature & Wouter Haverals, Post Doctoral Researcher, University of Antwerp, Department of Literature.

Registration is free but mandatory (you need to register even though you registered for the Part I). You will find all the information on the seminar page and you can register with this registration form.
