New paper on using honey to trace lead pollution in the environment

 This paper analyzed lead concentrations and isotopic compositions in honey sampled mainly from Canada, USA, Belgium and New Zealand as well as many other countries to demonstrate that honey is a great biomonitor of Pb presence in the environment. 

This work was initiated during Philippe Claeys sabbatical visit at the Pacific Center for Isotopic and Geochemical Research directed by Dominique Weis at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver.
