Bosco Bwambale behaalde op 9 december 2021 de academische graad van DOCTOR IN DE WETENSCHAPPEN met de volgende doctorale thesis: 'Theorie en praktijk van de integratie van inheemse kennis en wetenschap voor de vermindering van het risico op rampen: Een socio-epistemische casestudie van overstromingen in de Rwenzori (Oeganda)'.
