Ir. Ing. Sam Wouters (promotor: Prof. Dr. Sebastiaan Eeltink) was awarded the Janssen Biologics (Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson) "Best Poster Award" at the 33rd International Symposium on Microscale Separations and Bioanalysis (MSB 2017).
Ir. Benjamin Claessens (promotor: Prof. Dr. ir. Joeri Denayer) received the Best Poster Prize at the 40th annual meeting of the British Zeolite Association (BZA) in Preston, UK.
Former AMGC Dr. David De Vleeschouwer heads new IGCP project “ IGCP 652, Reading Geologic time in Paleozoic Sedimentary Rocks”
The BIFROST-ONE campaign, a competition organized by Innoviris to encourage young people’s interest in sciences and engineering, organized its finals on March 22, 2017. The Chemical Engineering Department (CHIS) can happily announce that the team of the “Gravity Bubbles”-project has won the competition and will have the chance to participate in a parabolic flight.
